I wanted to share with you the making of a pickled red pepper with a great taste. And don’t forget to pickle the paprika while making pickles.
We remove the seeds of the peppers and place them on a tray of greaseproof paper. 1 teaspoon sugar (you may not add), 1 teaspoon rock salt, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon grape vinegar, 1 clove garlic and a few branches parsley put in the oven at 200 degrees until the peppers are soft and cook a little red. We remove it from the oven, stack it in a hot jar, close the lid and turn it upside down for 1 day and keep it.
