Don’t Be Late To Say You Love

Don’t be too late to tell your love to the person you love. One day you realize it’s too late to tell your love.

The teacher gives one of the adult classes a homework assignment:

– “Go to someone you love and tell them you love them.”

At the beginning of the next lesson, one of the students begins:

I was angry when you gave us this assignment last week. I didn’t think there was anyone I could say those words to. On my way home, I suddenly listened to my heart. That’s when I knew Who I was going to say “I love you.”

Five years ago, my father and I had an argument, and we haven’t been able to solve it since. We were trying not to see each other outside of important family gatherings, and we barely talked. When I got home, I was ready to tell my father that I loved him very much. Even making this decision took a great burden off me. When I knocked on the door of my parents’ house at 5:30, I prayed that my father would open the door. Because i was afraid that if my mother opened the door, I couldn’t help myself, that I would tell her That I loved her. But God helped me and my father opened the door. I took my step from the threshold without wasting any time and said:

I said, “Dad, I’m here to tell you that I love you.” My father was like a man in an instant. The look on his face softened, wrinkles disappeared and began to cry. He opened his arms, embraced me, and said to me:

He said, “I love you too, my son, but I have never said that.”

But that’s not really what I’m telling you. Two days after I visited my father, my father had a heart attack and is still in the hospital. Now he’s fighting for his life. Now I want to send you this message:

– “Do not postpone anything you believe you should do. What if I was still waiting to express my love for my father? Do what you need to do now, without waiting…
